With the idea of  “Keep It Simple” Chef Black, Phanuphon Bulsuwan, the Chef from Street Food, Faculty of Agro-Industry, creates new menus to shops at Chumphon to highlight delicious menus and add new ingredients to the original ones with avoidance  of  the cost increment;  

  1. "Yogurt Juice" and "Jelly Juice With Hairy Basil Grain"
  2. "Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce" and "Temaki or Triangular Sushi" added spices for colorful look and flavor to Sushi.
  3. "Seasoned Grass Jelly Coffee" adds grass jelly for the special touching flavor to other menus of beverages such as Seasoned Grass Jelly Green Tea, Iced Seasoned Grass Jelly Green Tea.
