General Surayud Chulanont, the President of the KMITL Council, presided and gave the valuable speech to new KMITL’s students for the academic year of 2018, on the occasion of the KMITL’s Ceremony of Wai Khru and the ornamentation of the symbolic KMITL’s Ties and the King Rama IV’s brooch,

(Wai Khru means the annual ceremony in every Thai school in which students pay respects to their Khru or teachers by presenting them with flowers and performing Wai or bow in front of them)
