KMITL’s Agro-Industry freshmen won the first and runner-up prizes of International Rice Recipe Contest “RICE PLUS AWARD 2018: Rice...New Steps”

Two KMITL’s freshmen of Department of Food Service and Management Technology, Faculty of Agroindustry, Mr.Tammanat Wanset and Mr.Tibet Sikulab, under advice and control of  of  Dr. Sawaminee Nualkaekul and  Dr.Pajaree Ingkhasupat, the lecturers, could beat the prizes from the International Rice Recipe Contest “RICE PLUS AWARD 2018: Rice...New Steps”, the contests of international Thai rice recipe and innovative Thai rice products, arranged by Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce.   

Mr.Tammanat Wanset won the first prize of the main course from the work of “Thai Royal Project Rice Creative Menu of Risotto Seafood”, and

Mr.Tibet Sikulab won the first runner-up prize of snack - dessert menu from the work of “Thai Rice Creative Menu of All Rice”.
